Infinity Group Texas Studio Opening Soon
It’s another strong indication that business conditions remain on the rise, specifically in the Austin commercial office real estate market. Infinity Group, a design-driven architecture and construction firm founded in the Northeast, has signed a lease for a new design studio and office in downtown Austin. This is the firm’s newest design studio in Texas, and it will be on the 24th floor of 515 Congress Ave. in Downtown Austin. Caroline King and Kristi Simmons of CBRE represented Infinity Group in its lease.
Infinity Group has grown significantly since 2020.
Infinity Group has been adding employees across the country with a large focus on Texas and Austin specifically. You can watch the video we created about this announcement here.
“Continuing to expand our team and capacity of our studio in Austin is important because of the proximity of so many of our clients and employees throughout Texas,” said Verne Markham, Infinity Group CEO.
The new Texas studio will give our team based here the kind of space we design and build for our clients, contemporary and comfortable. It will be a showroom for what’s possible.
Infinity Group’s Make Work Beautiful movement is rising in popularity.
This is true among both employees and business leaders grappling with the best way to rebuild company culture and encourage employees into offices and shared spaces while also adapting to the new way we all work. Infinity Group’s solution is simple: Make Work Beautiful and that’s better for everyone. Employees feel supported and inspired in a brand-new workspace crafted with their wellness and productivity in mind. Company leaders get better results from their teams. That’s because people are empowered to reach their full potential in these future-thinking spaces.
“Some corporate leaders took the time away from the office to rethink their built spaces, prioritizing collaboration, connection, and culture. Some in the c-suite were forced into taking on this work as their top talent found better conditions in a job-seekers market. I can tell you that anyone who invested in their people and in their spaces over the past few years is happy they did so,” said Ron Wilson, Infinity Group Vice President of Operations.
Infinity Group’s approach to better commercial workspaces is different.
The traditional approach where an architect and general contractor work separately isn’t efficient. Infinity Group’s in-house expertise gives their clients an end-to-end experience. Workplace strategy, design, architecture, engineering, and construction teams are all working together at Infinity Group. In the end it means clients get the design of their dreams, delivered on time and on budget. Here are some of Infinity Group’s recently completed projects.
“Make Work Beautiful is more than a tagline, it’s what we do for people. We take something that needs some serious love – the corporate office. Then we fill it with warmth, care, and some home comforts without sacrificing functionality.” said Laura Tremko, Infinity Group Director of Design.
Natural light will fill the new space.
The Infinity Group Texas Studio will feature expansive floor to ceiling views of downtown Austin. People will be greeted with open sight-lines, high end finishes, and plants upon entry. To the right they’ll find a custom-built design library where clients will get to see their future spaces come to life in virtual reality and pick finishes for their projects. To the left, there will be workspaces for employees and a café area beyond that. There will also be a wellness room and cozy living room area inside the space.
“The new way we work inspired the studio design. We deserve quiet, comfortable places to focus. And if we’re going to get together in a built space to collaborate, we also want amenities and comfort that rivals some of the best luxury hotels and restaurants. Helping our clients strike that balance is what we do best,” said Olivia Powers, Infinity Group Workplace Designer.
Strategy and design work is done, construction is nearing completion.
Architectural drawings are completed and construction started in December 2023. It will be completed in the coming months.
